A $381,996 grant from GTF will help Advise TX to expand on the success of its “near peer” model in Bryan/College Station schools by adding an adviser who will serve Franklin, Hearne, and Caldwell ISD. The expansion to rural schools will allow the additional college adviser to serve multiple schools and be based out of College Station/Bryan. This support will also allow for greater programming in the Brazos Valley and college access support for local students.
