Relaunched by Educate Texas in 2018, the Texas College Access Network (TxCAN) connects and supports college access initiatives across Texas, with the goal of increasing college access for all students – especially for those from the least advantaged backgrounds. With a grant from Greater Texas Foundation, TxCAN will focus on collective action strategies that are high-impact and scalable, based on statewide research and national best practices.
