Nearly 4 million Texans over the age of 25 have earned some college credit, but never a degree. With $420,000 from Greater Texas Foundation, Western Governors University will increase degree attainment among rural West Texans by identifying and re-engaging college stop-outs and providing them clear pathways to degree completion while offering key support systems.
