Grant Announcement: Jobs for America’s Graduates

With a $199,132 grant from Greater Texas Foundation, Region 5 Education Service Center will continue to provide a Job for America’s Graduates (JAG) program for at-risk, out-of school young adults aged 16-24. JAG’s primary mission is to reengage dropouts who experience social, economic, and academic barriers by providing them with student-centered and competency-based educational, career, social, and emotional services. This grant will provide the opportunity for at least 50 JAG students per year to receive a unique set of services essential to overcoming significant challenges to entering postsecondary education, military, or an entry-level job.
