Grant Announcement: Texas Transfer Alliance: Improving Transfer and Applicability in Texas

A $409,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation to the Charles A. Dana Center at The University of Texas at Austin will provide support for the Texas Transfer Alliance (TTA). The TTA seeks to positively influence postsecondary attainment and affordability by addressing the high level of inefficiency and credit loss students experience when transitioning between institutions. This grant will support the ongoing work of TTA and the inclusion of the Texas Tech University System (including Angelo State University), Midwestern State University, and Texas Woman’s University and their feeder community colleges into the scope of work.
