Greater Texas Foundation Faculty Fellows and their mentors engaged in two days of learning at GTF’s 2018 study meeting in Bryan, Texas. The program included time for updates on GTF-supported research and collaborative time with peers and mentors. Two expert panels advised the group on building productive partnerships with funders and translating research into meaningful changes in state and institutional policy. The event concluded with a discussion, led by Dr. Richard Reddick of The University of Texas at Austin, on promoting equity through both research and action.
The Fellows Study Meeting is one element of GTF’s strategy for building the capacity of Texas faculty working to improve postsecondary student success. To learn more about the program, visit the GTF Fellows page.
