In 2020, students faced unprecedented obstacles to their educational success. Global pandemic, financial hardships, remote learning, difficulty accessing college and career advising, and systemic racism all converged to produce inequitable educational outcomes. In this challenging environment, Greater Texas Foundation funded many student-centered programs that became beacons of hope, meeting students where they are with timely, tailored, and relevant support to keep them on the track to a postsecondary credential.
