Greater Texas Foundation is proud to announce an award of $575,123 to support an innovative initiative led by the Dana Center, Skew The Script, and Agile Mind. Leveraging the Dana Center’s expertise in modernizing high school mathematics, Skew The Script’s instructional materials, and Agile Mind’s digital instructional design, this project aims to provide Texas students with relevant, data-rich tasks in core mathematics instruction. Through collaborative efforts, the partners will integrate Skew The Script contexts into a comprehensive curriculum program for Algebra I, engaging in a design process with educators and conducting an evaluation to enhance teaching perspectives and student experiences.
