Breakthrough Central Texas will create new organizational strategies to increase its impact on Texas students with a $65,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation (GTF). Breakthrough provides extended learning, comprehensive advising, and leadership experiences from middle school through college to students in low-income communities who will be the first in their families to graduate from college. With support from GTF, Breakthrough will create a strategic business plan to double the number of first-generation low-income college graduates in Central Texas.
