Two Texas colleges will participate in the Racial Equity Leadership Academy led by The USC Center for Race and Equity through an $80,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation to Achieving the Dream (ATD). Participating colleges will identify a racial equity goal to pursue on their campus, develop an action plan to achieve the goal over a period of two to three years, and receive support from ATD coaches to execute the plan successfully.
