Together with our partners, Greater Texas Foundation is building a brighter future for
Texas students. We are bringing our resources and expertise to the challenge of
increasing college access and success in our state. Here are the stories that reveal the
human impact of this work.
Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) Scholars was established in 2012 to increase the number of Texas Early College High School (ECHS) graduates who successfully transition to a four-year institution of higher education and complete a baccalaureate degree.
In 2018, GTF awarded a $1,275,800 grant to Educate Texas to launch the Texas College Access Network (TxCAN), which supports college access and success practitioners through professional development, data analysis, convenings, and more.
