To support the development of an embedded, 4-year advising model that engages the entire school community, industry mentors, and external partners in a holistic approach that begins with intentional purpose planning in the 9th grade, and offers guided college and career activities with reflection for each year of high school. The long-term goal is to give students’ agency so that advising is a series of intentional conversations with supportive adults.
