The long-term goal of this project is to develop a repeatable, affordable, and scalable Promise model for Rural Texas and Rural America at North Central Texas College, Grayson College, and Tyler Junior College based on the success of the Dallas County Promise, Alamo Promise, and other Texas Promise initiatives in the Texas Promise Network specifically building on the rural proof point of the Tyler Junior College Promise, all supported by Economic Mobility Systems.
