To support the implementation of meta-majors and scale up current components at Tarleton State University that have demonstrated positive results regarding student success at the institution and within higher education. This project is grounded in conceptual and empirical knowledge about undergraduate student retention and success in higher education environments with the following project components: (a) meta-majors, (b) the first-year seminar course, (c) living learning communities, and (d) success teams.
