District leaders had a vision for much greater levels of student achievement and they focused on student needs at every step of their education, from early childhood Montessori instruction to workforce pathways in high school.

The outcome is a completely re-engineered approach to PreK-12 education that benefits both students and the local community. 

As a result of collaboration with area employers, Roscoe students earn certifications that prepare them to get good jobs without leaving their hometown. Plus, the majority of Roscoe students get a head start on college before they even graduate from high school, thanks to regional postsecondary partnerships.
